1. Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been delivered and is accessible, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any of the following issues within 7 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund:
- The product file is corrupted or inaccessible
- The product does not match the description provided on the product page

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

6. Product Access After Refund
Once a refund is issued, you are expected to delete all copies of the digital product and cease using it. Continued use after a refund may result in legal action.
7. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first:
- We will provide evidence of product delivery to your payment provider
- Your account may be permanently banned from future purchases
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

8. Exceptions and Special Cases
8.1 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us immediately. We will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
